Backwoods Beef - Big Fat Jerky

Backwoods Beef is the original Big Fat Jerky.  PawPaws very own recipe.   Tough, real, jerky.  Sittin on a John Deere, cutting the back 40, and eating an entire bag.   This jerky is whole-muscle beef, a tried-and-true blend of spices, and enough patience to make jerky the right way. Around here we don’t believe in hiding poor meat under a pile of seasonings—we start with good beef and let it speak for itself. Granny would’ve approved… PawPaw would say “yep” and then probably tell you to grab an extra bag before your brother beats you to it. As we say back in Western Perry County… Git’r while ya can!
